Tusedays Work

Today we had a talk about Safari v.s. Google Chrome. We created a Venn Diagram. Our homework for next time is to check the agenda and add some text boxes to our Venn Diagram. We tested out some more online educational games, and we are going to make a rubric to evaluate the games.

Tuesday we started working to make our blog more exciting. We started upgrading the background and font, so it's more exciting for viewers like you! We will continue to work to make it bigger and fun. We're going to add more links to this page and we will start adding some fun games later. Hopefully you will keep visiting our page and contact us if you have any questions or comments for us. You can do this by clicking the comment button. (Which now says no comments.) What we have learned after our first Blue Team meeting...

Our Blue eTeam met on Thursday for the first time. We worked on creating a Blog, we talked a little about digital citizenship, as well as trust with a group of this nature. We shared a Google Document with teacher requests (inferring, figurative language, and main idea and detail games for 4th grade.) All members of the eTeam have editing rights to this document and have an assignment to search for games before Tuesday's meeting.

We very quickly realized that one meeting a week is not enough. We will be sending out a revised schedule on Monday morning for all of the teams (Blue, Green, and Orange.)

Here is Tuesday's agenda:
Finish editing and setting up our blog.
Look at some of the links on the Google Document and talk about making links live.
Begin our discussion about evaluating links.

The next blog post and agenda will be written by students.
